With an impressive career spanning over 40 years in commercial property management, Mina Hernandez has established herself as a respected leader in the industry. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a profound understanding of the complexities of property management, allowing her to successfully oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and ensure their operational efficiency and profitability.

In addition to her management expertise, Mina is a talented designer, specializing in using 20/20 software to create stunning 3D models that help clients visualize their renovation and design ideas. Her keen eye for design and detail enables her to collaborate closely with clients, transforming their visions into reality while enhancing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of their spaces.

Mina also serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of We Renovate Homes, where she combines her financial acumen with her passion for real estate. In this role, she plays a critical part in shaping the company’s strategic direction, ensuring sound financial practices, and driving successful renovation projects that exceed client expectations.

Throughout her career, Mina has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a dedication to building lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Her ability to blend her management expertise with design innovation sets her apart in the competitive landscape of commercial property management and renovation.

Ray Hernandez

Co-Founder

Born in Superior, Arizona, Ray has always had a deep connection to the beauty and culture of the Grand Canyon State. After moving to Mesa, he channeled his artistic talents into painting murals, fresco’s and interior painting venetian and clay plasters, that brought vibrancy and color to communities throughout Arizona. His work was featured in the popular magazine Spectacular Homes of the Southwest. This passion for art not only enriched local spaces but also laid the foundation for a diverse and entrepreneurial career.

In the 2000s, Ray ventured into the world of business by establishing a highly successful cabinet refinishing and refacing company. This enterprise showcased his keen eye for design and craftsmanship, allowing him to transform kitchens and living spaces across the region. Alongside running the business, he took on the challenge of remodeling and selling homes, further honing his skills in property enhancement and market trends.

Today, Ray has shifted focus to real estate investing, leveraging his extensive background in home improvement and design to identify promising investment opportunities. With a unique blend of artistic vision and practical experience, he is dedicated to making a positive impact in the Arizona real estate market.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Ray remains passionate about the arts and continues to find inspiration in the landscapes and communities of Arizona. He believes that every property has a story to tell and is committed to helping clients and investors realize the full potential of their investments.

Here is my Review: Unbelievable professional skills; the highest ethics; But let me explain what makes Ray and Mina a cut above. It’s their compassion; it’s that they LISTEN and VALUE you. We were brand-new AZ residents. Our Home Inspector told us, “For remodeling help, you need to call “Rosie On The House” (local home professional expert and radio-personality). Rosie called me back himself to say, “Theres only one name you need to call, Ray Hernandez. BOY – what an introduction. Ray came to my home – and treated me like a treasured family. His Office Manager (and his lovely bride Mina) has conducted every communication like that “kind and competent friend” you WISH you had “in the industry”. We contracted for both Cabinet Resurfacing and whole-house interior paint. Ray’s Crew arrived every single day on time; were respectful of our home and neighborhood and prepped our house like a science experiment!!!
